When I approached the service counter to check in I said I was here for an oil change. Tim Prete said your leaving your car right. I said no I work everyday and made this appointment so I could get to work tomorrow. I showed him my appointment and he was looking it up and said oh (another man's name) made this appointment I would never make an appointment this late. I then told him nevermind I will go to JiffyLube and then he said let me check to see if they will do it. I should of left at that moment I have leased my last 2 cars there and was about to turn this one in for my third lease but not now. I will find a dealership that values its customers and doesn't make them feel like they are unwelcome.
