I appreciate Annette, she didn’t brush me off when I mentioned I had a recall regarding the oil. All other dealerships wouldn’t check my vehicle, they immediately informed me I needed to have work done and they had no parts. One service tech told me to park it and not to drive it until parts became available. Annette explained it needed to be inspected, she also set up a break inspection and oil change. On top that got us set up with enterprise rental cars. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on for services. Sadly we had planned to trade it in but thanks to you, we are happy and will be keeping this car. Thanks so much for putting me at ease. Thumbs up to everyone that assisted us.

The tech that serviced my truck created several issues to correct. When I picked up my truck the check engine light was on. I scanned it for OBD2 codes and a P0401 code was present. The code relates to the EGR valve so I cleared it and it had not returned. The truck has never displayed an EGR code ever. Coincidental? The truck ran poorly when I picked it up and it was down on power. I took it for a freeway drive of about 20 miles and this seemed to help restore the responsiveness and power. Lastly the truck is leaking oil from the drain plug on the oil pan and therefore dirty ing and soiling my driveway. The truck has never leaked oil anywhere to date. I have always had the truck serviced by McCoy Fullerton Ford before my service visit to Ken Grody and I have never had any service issues. Arthur, Joe, and Ron at Fullerton Ford have always been like Annette......professional and competent. Please contact me to remedy.
