My Ford Escape had a transmission issue and broke down on the way to LA. I’m from Phoenix AZ so this was problematic. I made it to the dealership and met Annette. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She explained the protocol of the repair shop along with limitations and work load projections. This allowed me to plan accordingly. All in all, we decided to get the work done at the shop. Thanks for all your help. I hope to get my car back in the road.

When I left the dealership I stopped by the store and as I got out I thought I would try the door locks to ensure all was working well. As I rounded the back of the truck I noticed there was blue paint that had rubbed off onto the rear fender and took another look and sure enough something blue had scrapped along the right rear fender. I immediately called Raul and told him of the issue I was having. He had me bring it back and took it to the shop where he rubbed the blue paint off with some fine compound. He had it back to me within 10 minutes and apologized for the incident. The original reason I brought it in for was perfect and Raul’s action he took was exactly how I wanted him to react. No complaining and no finger pointing which I appreciated. You can best judge a company or employee by the way they handle issues. My appreciation to Ken Grody and especially Raul. Thank you Don Nelson
