I had an appointment, when I got there. There was nobody at the service desk. Someone came and asked who I was suppose to speak to. They say she was not in. So he walked me to another customer services area and said somewhere come and help me. I waited and waited until another service guy called him.then I waited ahafor awhile.then the service guy came and helped me. Ford service department must of been having a bad morning.
