Then being told by the service department to maybe try “another “ dealership that they might have “better” equipment. I was stunned. The other repairs seem great that we’re done. But also my “low tire pressure “ was on when you returned my car to me. Overall, unhappy.

I want to be clear about my satisfaction - its with Annette Gironta's service not necessarily the overall service my car has received at KG. I feel leaving my cars under carriage cover unbolted on more than one service visit and resulting in my being stuck on the 5 fwy until a good soul stopped to help me- unacceptable - work by the service technician team.
Annette on the other hand, strives to make sure the work is done correctly & shes direct but kind and I appreciate that style of service. She listens and I respect her for that.

It should never take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My car sat in the bay from 7:09 AM - to approximately 7:40 AM while cars around mine were taken back. (Keep in mind my car was the first one in line after I checked it in)
