Raoul did not assist me.He was off. Nobody knew what wasgoing on anywhere. It was total incompetence everywhere. It was so bad that the Service writer asked me what kind of oil should they put in my Shelby Truck. Since I paid over 100K that didn’t exactly give me a warm feeling. When all the comedy stopped I received a call that my truck would be ready at 7:00am the next morning. When I got there at Noon they said they no idea who called me but the truck was not done so I left without my truck. I said I would be back the next day. On two separate occasions they said that they actually did Not know where my truck was??? What ever is going on there a lot of money has been spent in the remodel. I noticed that there were no cars in for service so possibly word is getting out!! Considering going to another dealership in the future. Yours, CZF

Waiting on a call back after having left two messages. Was told my car could be looked at Monday or Tuesday and it’s not Wednesday, after end of day. This engine was just replaced by Ken Grody Ford and then subsequently repaired after catching fire while I drove it. This is now the second time it’s been in since the engine was replaced in under two months. It’s getting ridiculous you guys. I’d like a call back with info on my vehicle as well as a rental during the interim.

We dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon. We called on Monday. We finally talked to someone but no information could be provided. On Tuesday, our assigned service rep called for the first time, but only to tell us that they still did not know anything. She was unable to tell us how long it would take for the service group to diagnose the problem. We still do not know when it will get assessed. We only know that it will be soon. No one could tell us where in the queue we were at. A rental car was not offered until we complained about the length of time was taking and the unknown status.
