Not Mario's Fault. Ralph, my Service Rep was not in and Mario alone. I have the ES Contract and **** told me for 7 years, I would not have to pay for anything but gas and tires. Totally mis-represented that I could only use every 7500 miles or 10 times. Ralph covered oil change today. But Mario did not cover new wipers. Told me to go yo Finance who was not in before 8 am. Then no car wash due to construction. Not a good visit this time.
