I took my 2022 Mustang GT to KG Custom for the installation of a lower grill and front spoiler supplied by Roush. Installation took 3 days to accomplish. I was told it would take no more than a day by John Barajas. I picked up my car yesterday Wed., 1-25-2023, at 5pm. When I opened the trunk of my car I found 2 brackets that are part of the front spoiler kit. Those brackets help support the spoiler SHOULD have been installed. I never got a phone call to explain why they were not. I called Roush and they told me all the parts are 100% compatible with my car. Roush says the installation is imcomplete as well. There are a total of 3 support brackets. I cannot see if one of the 3 is installed or not. But 2 are definitely not. This is a PROBLEM. KG Custom is a Roush dealer and parts installer. But this work and gross lack of communication from KG Custom is totally unacceptable.
