I want to be as helpful as I can to improve service. I checked in 5 min ahead of appointment. I was clear I was waiting and what I needed done. I asked for a complimentary wash as my truck was filthy. I’m thinking an hour to get it all done. After 2 hours I finally start going around and asking. My service advisor was busy and another very helpful advisor checked with him. He then got it going. When my truck came up lo and behold it wasn’t washed. Porter said we can do it. After 2.5 hours I had to go to work. I was late. This has almost happened on every oil change service. Not a smooth process. Need better because customers shouldn’t be chasing. I actually think my oil service was done in 30 min. As I saw on the app my oil life reset. Thank you. I love the new set up, just needs to match the service.
