Chris Lee was great and delivered excellent service. We were a little disappointed that our vehicle took a day longer than expected and was not washed when we picked it up. While waiting for our vehicle we noticed all the other vehicles being brought up had been washed and wiped down and we expected the same.

Christopher Lee is a very good service writer I’ve dealt with a lot of them very disappointed in Ford motor company for the fact Is the horn in the car sounds like a child’s electric car the bracket is for double horn with Ford refuses to put horns in it so they could be used like they should be used. They had to do was put another hard on the bracket that was already in there.
