When we called for the appointment we were told Jane was not working the day we wanted to come for an oriole change when we got there she was there so I think you guys might have a problem with the service advisors and I will say it takes a ridiculous amount of time for an oil change no way should take almost 2 hours you need to fix that service problem Plus your coffee machine wasn’t working that day and it was cold Maybe that’s why I’m a little crabby with this review but you need to pick up the service if you want to keep customers and I’ll tell you at the lobby where the television is is also very and tidy maybe that’s why I’m a little crabby with this review but you need to pick up the service if you want to keep customers and I’ll tell you the lobby where the television is is also very untidy. It appears that my truck was not washed when the service e was completed. I had to wipe grease stains off of the front passenger fender.

Janey was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dustin was very professional and took the time to explain the problems with my vehicle in a way that I could understand.

Trust me when I say that I have been to many Ford dealerships in my life, whether it was a car purchase or for service. In my experience with Carlos Ibarra at Villa Ford. From my initial phone with him to the moment I left the service parking area. It was clear to me that Carlos was fully engaged in helping me with my service call on my 2018 Ford Transit. I have never had such attention to detail at a Ford dealership. Carlos came out several times and also texted me, which to me is uncommon, and to give me status updates on my vehicle. This is definitely not a standard experience at other dealerships I've been to. And even though this was a simple battery warranty diagnosis and replacement. Carlos went out of his way to make sure I received excellent service. There are some dealerships that just go through the motions of being polite and with the implication of giving good service and to get the customer in and out the door as quickly as possible; however, that was not my experience with Carlos at Villa Ford. He went out of his way to be sure I had a satisfactory experience. Also, I'm not sure if your service waiting area was recently remodeled but it was so clean and comfortable, and even peaceful. I'm sure that I'm not the first to make these kinds of comments about Carlos Ibarra and Villa Ford. To whoever May read this: "You can be sure I will refer friends and family to Villa Ford." Carlos still needs to give me an estimate on the cowling that sits under the steering wheel. Also I need to have my air bag light repaired. I’d like to get the estimate as soon as possible. Thank you.????

Did a good job explaining the service that was needed. He was upfront and clear of what was needed and options available. He was personable.
