He mans his manager in Service department made things work for me and my Ford. We appreciate Eric’s follow up , his customer service, and his first priority of what is right and fair. We thank him tremendously for listening to the customer, asking his manager to please call me. His manager was fabulous and he went above and beyond what I the customer thought was fair. But they made things right. I thank them both for wonderful customer service. We have lived in Villa Park for 30 years, we purchase our Ford explores from this dealership. We actually purchased two for our daughters, two years ago. And we had purchased two 6 years ago. We will return when we are ready. eric just added to this as to the reason we will be returning.
