The best customer service! I will definitely go back to Villa Ford. The Service has a nice clean lounge for their guests as well as fresh made coffee. I had been offered water, coffee , tea and even if I was okay with the channel line up.

1- very poor job done by advisor Eric Gonzales. Did not communicate the status , I kept calling with no response.
2 - the following day after not hearing from Eric and him not answering my calls/phone messages and the service department not answering the phone I de died to call the regular number and was connected to Robert whom investigated the issue and after 10 minutes called me back with the status and estimate. Due to the fact that I absolutely needed to have the car fixed today, I went ahead and gave the ok for the service to be done.
I was very upset that I was charged $160.00 for diagnosis for a job that I told him actually what the problem was. So, I went to pick up the car I shared my dissatisfaction with the service, the lady offered to take the diagnostic charge off and went to talk to someone. After a few minutes a gentleman came back and said they could only take $40.00 off the entire bill, I told no I will pay for the entire bill and will not come here again to do any major work. Even though that my car is no longer under warranty I continued to go there for all work needed to be done.... You lost a customer and will not recommend your services to anyone else.!

People make mistakes. That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the time I have to take to get my window retinted. There was no offer to give me a discount on my oil change. How about comping the whole thing. So let me get this straight...you damage my window tint, but you're going to reimburse me for that. The oil change and time involved getting this done is on me, but I didn't cause this.
