I have had a terrible experience with Ford of Orange on Katella. It was refreshing to have a good experience. Although I recently bought the F150 I was considering selling the new truck so I wouldn't have to deal with Ford. This dealership has changed my mind. I would recommend them to family and friends as of today.

I was very happy with Janey, but y’my problem I needed fixing was not performed until the next day , after all regular maintenance was performed. You should have fixed my issue , then perform the maintenance. Had my car for 3 days. Otherwise we like Ford.

car was in shops 3 days. Poor communication on when it would be ready. I don’t care how long it was in there, but I need to make plans. I do t like the $160 dollar diagnostic charge when I pay 1800 bucks. I hope the work is good, but that remains to be seen.
Every person I dealt with was respectful. The place was clean. Hope my review helps; it’s not meant to be hurtful.
