Carlos was great! I am disappointed that it cost so much to repair my heater. I want a truck that works every time, all the time. Not a truck that has a lot of cheap, plastic, unreliable parts. After picking up my truck, a big plastic cover under the glove box fell off. My truck is a tool I use everyday. If I can't use it, I can't earn money. I will continue to take my truck to Villa Ford because the service desk folks are GREAT! What I want is for all the Ford corporate employees earning over 100k, take a pay cut and the use the money to build a better truck. A better tool.

Complimentary oil change for my new F350. Was told 15w40 synthetic oil would be used but receipt showed 10w30. Oil leaked on my driveway from the oil filter. I cleaned it and so far has not leaked again. Photos were taken of my tailgate's missing bracket. Was told I would he called about the issue but I never was.

I took my truck for routine maintenance and any recall repair. They took approximately 40 minutes before getting any help. Left the truck and it took approximately 6 hours for my truck to be ready. When I arrived I learned that they didn’t do the maintenance just the recall. I was infuriated
