Jane didn’t come to me for my appointment. I spoke with someone else and told them I needed my car services for 60,000 miles, oil changed, and my ac checked. I didn’t get the 60k mike service or oil changed as requested when I picked up my car. Jane shows up last minute during my appointment with a fake British accent and was condescending and speaking over me and my concerns over my ac. And she forgot to include my oil change and 60,000 mile service. She called me later that day telling me that she would call me the following day about my car. She didn’t. I called villa ford myself and found out my car was serviced and she wasn’t in that day. Overall, I was disappointed.

I had my truck in for a complete check of the electrical system and was charged about $350. I picked up the truck and the windshield washer and wipers would not work. The air conditioning in the cruise control would not work. I returned the truck to Ford and they charge me $450 to finish what should have been done on the first visit.
