They replaced the sender and (gas) pump asy and gasket. Also Fuel Filter all of that is ok. The inertia switch asy 9341A and 9341AB was relocate. They said it was a safety item. Why am I paying for his safety item which is kind of like a recall. It is just a two wire switch that it. No one sets in the Passenger seat I am the only driver. The inertia switch is a resetable switch. Does it make any sense to me. I ask for the parts but they were pinched out so I do not have the old parts to analyze.

I started getting text updates about my car your working on but you’re not working on my car. Kept texting back saying it’s not my car but I keep getting updates. I currently have a Mustang GT and LOVE the car but I’ve hated dealing with Ford service centers. I have an appointment at 4 tomorrow to get a new car and unfortunately it won’t every be a Ford again because of the service centers. I’ve never been to your service center but after all the text you sent me after I told you it’s not my car you are just like the rest. And what about the customer that isn’t getting updates about their car? Poor guy.

Glen was great! Unfortunately I was told that they could replace my (nearly) dead battery in an hour. I was then told they had sold the last battery the night before, but that they put a rush on the order and it would be there right around the one hour mark (which was 10 minutes later). Ok, no big deal. 50 minutes later I am told that the “timing was off and it will be here in 20 minutes”. By that point I had been there for nearly 2 hours and couldn’t say with confidence that the battery would indeed arrive within 20 minutes. I ended up asking them to put the bad battery back in and I left without a battery after waiting for 2 hours. That being said, Glen was fantastic. I could tell that he was really trying to get the battery in and get my car done so I could go to work. I don’t blame Glen, but that doesn’t change the fact that I wasted two hours of my day (and lost wages).

Sheldon was great. I was disappointed in the price I was charged just for diagnostic. I wasn’t aware of a charge to simply check. I brought the car in a different day and spoke to a different advisor. He said I would need to leave the car and it sounded like an internal issue with the car. I did what he said and I was charged $100 to find out it was only a key. Pretty angry. The charge would have been more but Sheldon helped with a discount. I have done all my serviceing with villa ford but my confidence is shaken in villa ford for the $100 I was charged for no reason and being without my car for a day. Again Sheldon was great.
