Though I’m sure the service performed was fine, I’m disappointed the service person handling my vehicle wasn’t quite honest with as to the status of my vehicle when I inquired - after having waited 3 hours! He advised my vehicle was in wash. 20 minutes later the cashier checked on me and my vehicle, and it was not in wash at all, it was still being serviced.
As a Customer Service professional, you should NEVER over commit and under deliver. I was very disappointed.

I have driven my car for over 35.city miles in two days. The eco system has not shut down one single time since I picked up the car.something needs to be done, my mileage has dropped from 19 to 14 mpg. This is unacceptable
