My truck was done and never call my name to let me know so I waited until I went to ask how much longer after everything was closing out and they were surprised I was still there, after all that someone help me out but I was not even offer a discount or anything. I was not satisfied. No very good customer service.

This was my first visit to Villa Ford. The service was efficient, thorough, and explained completely. Waiting room was comfortable, clean, welcoming. Cashier was also very pleasant. I really appreciate the car wash!! I shall be returning for further service.
