Edger was knowledgeable polite and made my experience excellenr. I was very dissatisfied with the lenght of time it took for the service! 3 days to replace a switch on the dash seens excessive. This is my second trip to VF for service and both times the service took a really long time. Your service department is either under staffed or under sized for the volume of work that youare doing.

My car had a sticky film left on the middle console and the driver door. My car also went though the complimentary car wash and there was a large thick white streak going along the driver window to passenger window. When I saw that mark I worries something had hit it. While still there, I was able to wipe it out with a towel I had in my car. I also used wipes in my car to get the film off the inside of my car. I brought it in for a simple bolt to be fixed and I felt my car came out dirtier than before.

They told me they didn’t wash it yet and I could wait, but I am unsure why they told me it was ready, then requested more of my time. I took the car without being washed.
