Car was washed and ready for me!

I have not received my invoice for the home visit. Nice knowledgeable crew! They did not have the capability to balance tires or fix a flat or a nail in a tire... in the field. I have to bring the car into the dealer for that and a front-end alighnment check. Gary

This time was a dissapointment Oil level Was 1/2 qt low after my service They did not Wash my car. That makes me wonder if they checked my fluids? The customer service guy Was good but i guess the service guys are not doing their job right. This will probably be my last time at your location.

My car works like new.

I got there at 3:10pm and didn't leave till 4:45pm. I was told my vehicle was being wash when it wasn't

I don’t receive a call when my car was done.

My advisor Edgar did not demonstrate proper work ethics. When I dropped of the vehicle with him, he was a bit rude. Told me “oh you can leave already, I call you when it’s done”. I asked him for an approximate time and he said, “I don’t know what’s wrong yet, I’ll call you.” But the way he said it was just with a bad attitude. He provided me with his card and I never received a call or notification from him indicating the issues my vehicle had or what was going on. I kept texting him asking for updates and he texted that he will get back to me with updates but never did. At 2:08pm he texted that the vehicle was almost ready and that he was getting washed and will call as soon as it was done. 3 hours past and nothing. I had to text him and he just texted, “it’s all done, you can come pick it up” due to me being not in area, I was not going to be able to make it before 6pm to pick up the car. I had to pick it up the following day which was today. I am not satisfied at all. Especially because today I went to pick up the car and Edgar was there, noticed me but did not attend me or assist me. Another representative that was passing by actually took his time to help and direct me to where I needed to go. This makes me not want to take the vehicle for any services.
