I feel that your service team could do a much better job. Edgar was great, but the service tech did not fix my problem. I was having issues with my stereo system. I left my truck for a day and came to pick it up. Within a couple of minutes driving, I realized that nothing was fixed. If I could tell that it wasn't fixed within a couple of minutes then the tech clearly did not test to make sure it was actually fixed. This is a certified used truck that I only had for 2 days prior to bringing it to be serviced and now I'm being told that it cannot be serviced yet because my warranty takes 30 days to kick in? This should have been checked prior to it being sold to begin with.

I was extremely disappointed that masks seemed to be optional for the employees of Villa Ford during a global pandemic. Half were wearing them wrong, or not at all. I came to pick up my car and none of the people who helped me we're wearing them, down to the extremely young man who drove my car up for me. I spend a lot of time in my car and want to feel safe. I've been bringing my car here since I moved to Orange County 6 years ago and never had reason to feel unsafe before now. Regardless of how annoying it is to wear a mask, you work with the public. You have no idea who could come in and be at high risk, or who has someone at home who is high risk of contracting this virus. Unfortunately I will most likely be looking for another place to take my car, because I did not feel like this small act of customer service (and general human consideration) was taken seriously.
