We had to repeat service requests multiple times and still did not have everything addressed. Was assured a complimentary detail after having our car returned to us fill of glass in July, and then it was not noted in our file. When asked for The detail To be completed this trip, it was not. Continue to have problems with running board after we were assured it was testing and no problems were found. We had to have multiple conversations with our service tech to resolve issues, and during drop off was not assisted in a timely manner or with clear communication.
Extremely unhappy with the service we received and will likely not be returning to this service center or recommending it to others.

Was satisfied with everything except when I came to pick up my car. I asked the gentleman at the valet desk if they treated the interior of car with disinfectant. He said yes they did treat it when I first bought the car which is fine to protect the employees from customers. Makes sense. It also makes sense that at the time of delivery, the last employee driving car will disinfect it before customer gets in. We have two other cars of different brands where this procedure is SOP by other dealers. I would trust Villa Ford adopt this process as well.
