the cost of repair was not properly disclosed. it was a clever bait & switch. this was discussed w/the service writer w/unsatisfactory results. I came back the next day to discuss it w/the service manager but he was not in. We left the next day for a 3 week trip & have not had cell service. by the way the tires were to be set @ 35PSI, (as stated on invoice) they were filled to 40 plus PSI, I fixed it, not a big deal but your personnel need to do it right, little things like that make it hard to trust what is being done.
