My truck was in the agency for 6 days and was never repaired. I called several times and they always said my truck was going to be ready the following day and never happened. I'm very disappointed the way I was treated, you're very unprofessional.

Yes..the extention of up dates..service was very excellent..exceptional..but.. but the only thing that I feel was very out of place was the following..My truck was taken to you do a separate shop could not fix what done..service was done found the problem..fixed.and released with suppose all issues fixed...took the truck home and found out there where more issues..so now more money more time..should of checked it out right ..or at least gone through it on your behalf to make sure it was drivable..

I was both surprised and amazed with how quickly the service was completed on my truck this year. Last year, I dropped my truck off for its 9:30am appointment time and it wasnt finished until 5:00pm. I guess it all depends on which Service Advisor you end up with. Glen Kotler provided me with outstanding Customer service and for that I am very pleased.

I brought in my 2019 f-250 because of something called the(DEATH WOBBLE).
I received the minimum attention to this dangerous defect as this comment will also be overlooked. Shaking so bad that the truck spun out on a major freeway at 55 mph ending up on the shoulder facing the wrong way. My wife and 3 young grand daughters were in the truck when it happened. Imagine that if you can.
A part in the steering column was replaced and I was told that’s all that Ford Co.
would allow at no cost. No alignment, no tire rotation or inspection of the tires, as I stated the wobble was so severe we very nearly crashed. Two days of vacation lost from Yellowstone National Park, deposits lost as a result of this. The drive home at 50-55 miles per hour for fear of a repeat. Ford is huge, I’m small to them
So I don’t expect this to go any further.

My service advisor wasn’t very helpful or customer friendly.
I don’t ask for much but good service and honestly. He told me the car would be done the same day and that wasn’t true. I told him it’s my only car and can’t leave it overnight and apparently that’s something he didn’t care.
I had to call the next day for an update because he didn’t communicate and supposedly the car was ready so I ask if he can send me a Lyft and he said he will, but the Lyft never showed up and an hour passed and I called again to find out he was in lunch and never send it. Another advisor was the one who send me a Lyft home to take me to pick up my car. He also finished my paperwork. Because when I got there the cashier didn’t have anything stating the service was complete.
It’s not my first time there at villa Ford. That’s my go-to for service on my vehicle but this time was terrible.
