They misplaced the keys to my truck when they parking it fora car wash after the oil service and both the truck and I sat for over an hour. I walked back and found my truck just sitting on the back row then asked to not have the vehicle washed and to bring to up front. That’s when it was discovered that the key was missing. What a mess! Better service please.

My only concern is the way appointments are set up .I made an appointment a week before I actually brought the car in. I was on the road in Idaho,so made a point yo get back for the designated time.
In the future,every car should be given a confirmation number ,and texted to the owner only when it is ready to be on the rack.I had no car for that zMonday when brought in on 6/21.
It never got diagnosed until the 30th.
I don’t know if there is a shortge
I could have had the use of the car for at least a weeks time.

Dustin is AMAZING! Very honest and straightforward person. He gets the job done. Took my GT500 in at 9 am and by 11am Dustin calls me notifying me that my car was done and ready for pick up. I live in Costa Mesa and Theodore robins ford is 3 miles away yet I came to Villa Ford cause my friend recommended Dustin. Also, had a bad experience at Theodore robins ford which caused me to never have my car serviced from them again. I am absolutely satisfied with my service and the hospitality.
