As soon as I pulled up into the service department I was promptly greeted with a smile and kind demeanor by David. He asked me the reason for my visit let me know that Glen will be with me shortly. Once greeted by Glen he guided me into the office to go over my vehicle suggested services. Glen was very thorough and thoughtful with all of my vehicle service needs. Glen then guided me into the waiting lobby and offered me coffee and showed me where the bathrooms were and where I could set up my laptop. And throughout the service Glen provided updates on my vehicles conditions and when I should expect it to be completed. Glen went above and beyond the usual customer service I have received from other service shops. Can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Glen and the rest of the staff.

I feel like the tech and advisors should know to ask questions about certain codes. Mine said there was an emission issue and it turned out to be a filler door issue. Obviously by the techs feedback, I am far from the first to have this issue. Cost me over $200 to find out there was actually no issue and it was a false error.
