You should have covered the wheel well. Telling me that I caused the damage due to towing is wrong. There are no electrical wires for towing which you would have seen if you bothered to look. I carried about 100lbs of bike rack and bikes. I’ll be working with the BAR and Ford to resolve the issue.

Worst service I have ever experienced!!’ I have been a long time customer. My son and I will not be buying any trucks from Villa Ford, nor will we be having our trucks serviced there! further more, I am telling everyone I know about the poor service we received. you had our truck for 5 days and hadn’t even looked at the truck!! We deserved the courtesy of telling us this in advance. our vacation is ruined because we have no transportation! We have taken our truck to another dealer with better customer service and a better run service department!!!
