It would be nice for you to support veterans with discounts. Also there needs. To be a supervisor in all departments to handle problems. Today when we called to check on our car Glen (?) told that there had not been authorization for repair. That was not true. We were told later that that was incorrect. It was very confusing when people do not check things out before making comments.

My truck was completed right on time and the work was done very well. But what impressed us the most was something we observed while in the waiting room. An elderly lady was being informed by an elderly service manager that her car could not be repaired because Ford did not have the OEM part available. But he went out of his way to tell her where is she could get the part and where she could go to have it installed. Since she appeared confused he wrote down every detail that she would need to get her car repaired attic competitors location. To us that was the ultimate and customer service. You should be very proud of your service organization
