Dustin Simon went above and beyond to help me with my service experience. However, your mechanics are not trustworthy. My vehicle was serviced in late June. Records stated my brakes were good and had 8mm remaining on both front and back. Rear brakes started grinding so I took vehicle in to be checked. Rear brakes were metal to metal and rotors had to be replaced. The front brakes were actually at 9mm. Not sure how the front brake pads actually increased with driving. Your mechanics obviously never checked my brakes and just wrote down 8mm for both. How can I trust this won’t happen again when my car is in for service at your facility. What else are they not checking and lying about?!?!?
