I brought my truck infor service. I arrived at 8:10am. I told Joel I was going to wait. He said it would take 2 hours but more than likely 1.5 hours. I said okay and sat in the waiting room. At around 10:30 i asked if my truck was ready, it already been 2.5 hours. He said it would be another 45 minutes. I asked why he didn't tell me sooner instead of having me wait. If I knew it was going to be 3-3.5 hours I would not had waited. He told me there was know way for him to know since there was 11 other service writers how could he know. I felt with current technology he should have figured out that the time frame he gave me was wrong.
I also asked to have a part replaced. I was able to use it but it was broken. He said he ordered it, I don't know that for a fact and he said he would put the old part back in the truck. When I got home I didn't see the part so I assumed he out it back where it went. I checked and it wasn't there. I call to find out what happened and he put me on hold to check. Evidently the guy he gave it to didn't it put it back. I had to drive back to get it.
I don't plan to bring my vehicle back for service at this location.
