My only feedback is the girls in your service dept., checking out need to be more professional. Put down the cell phones and make the guest at the counter a priority. Don’t finish a text and ten tend to your guest. Valet was also fabulous.

My service advisor was not very customer friendly. Well at least with me.
Not very communicative and didn’t update me on the status of my vehicle.
Took it for regular oil maintenance and later noticed it was leaking oil from the filter. Same day they told me I needed the back brakes. I told him it was my only car and wasn’t able to leave it over night. He recommended to bring the car back another day and they will take care of it the same day. Came back yesterday 07-08-2021 morning, he told me the car will be ready around 3 to 4pm because there was 4 cars before me.
I had to call and ask for the status and his word were “let me check” sure enough the car wasn’t ready and had to leave it there overnight.
Honestly it’s not the first time I go there. Villa Ford is my go to dealer for service and has been good but this time was not.
