Very disappointed in the quality of my service. I arrived for a software recall and was told it would take less than an hour to complete and in addition they would finish off my service with a complementary car was. Over two hours later without ANY updates I was told that there was a system problem and that I would have to come back in a month. Then I was asked Oh did you still want you car washed? WTF? I looked at him and said I'm fine. I was given the keys, directed to my car and found trash, seat cover, floor mat, mirror tag, key tag, and a head cover left in my car. I took everything out and a I was walking to the trash, a guy was walking by and said I can get that for you if you'd like. I said no thank you I've already got it... Not the way to treat a customer who just spent $60,000....I would have thought Villa was more service oriented. This wasn't a one person issue. Many people dropped the ball. I can accept one thing to go wrong but multiple points of failure tells me you need to take the word "service" out of service department.
