After 3 hours and after asking Carlos if the tires were rotated he said they were but when I got home the I noticed my tires were not rotated I don’t have time to go back. But I would like a manager to please call me back. How would I trust you guys with my truck service, how would I know the service was really done. I also opened up the hood when I got home and is missing the engine cover. I called Carlos and he told me to come back but is very inconvenient for me don’t really have time. It’s unacceptable. I bought this car in November. In December I had covid and didn’t drive my car for over two weeks and the battery died. I then had AAA come and replace the battery. While driving 2 weeks ago my car engine shut off and would not turn on. I had AAA tow the car their Sunday 6/13. Tuesday I heard from Carlos. He stated that he believed it was the engine due to no oil and I would hear back from him Wednesday after the engine department checked it out. I heard nothing Wednesday Thursday or Friday. I emailed him and his only response was don’t worry your car is in good hands. No update on the problem. If they found the issue or if I would be able to get a loaner which he told me he would let me know after the engine department looked over my car. After still not hearing anything until I called him again on Tuesday. At that time he said it was not the engine. That my battery that I had to put in had leaked acid and corroded the cable. At that time he thought it was one cable and that it would be ready the next day. Again I didn’t hear from him until I called him Wednesday. At that point he told me they found more issues with what the battery acid has corroded and it would be about $1300 to fix it. That he would try to submit it to the warranty and if they denied it he would talk to the used car managers due to the situation but that he would let me know. Again all day Thursday heard nothing until I called again Friday afternoon. When magically it seemed my car had just finished and was not ready. And he spoke to the manager and got it down to $800. There was no follow through in regards to him calling me after he got the denial from warranty. There was no discussing the actual price before hand since he “negotiated” for me with the manager and then installed everything before I okayed the actual cost. I then reached out to my daughters father who is a mechanic for a Nissan dealer. And when I showed him the pictures that Carlos sent me, he said that things were cut that shouldn’t have been, and based on the pictures I should not have needed everything replaced that was replaced. When I tried to discuss this with Carlos he said that the pictures didn’t show everything the technician saw. I will not be purchasing another car from villa Ford. The fact that I have had this car just over 6 months with Covid happening at the same time. I’ve put very little use into this car for the problems I have had. Carlos sounds amazing every time you actually speak to him. But he has zero follow through on what he says. And the fact that I then felt I had to settle and pay $800 because the work had already been done is an unacceptable business practice. I will be seeing what I can do in regards to this. I chose villa Ford because my partner has leased cars through you for over 10 years. Now neither of us will be shopping there again or referring anyone to you. I will be sharing this experience instead

Glen misquoted my que position, did not return my call, and did not call me at the end of the day to give me a status update on my vehicle, as he had gone home early. These three things caused me to take my business to another repair facility. He then contacted me to let me know via the text system that my car was almost ready and I would be contacted when it was done, even though I had picked the vehicle 2 days ago.

I’ve had victor take care of me multiple times... I told him symptoms of what my car is doing like the horn got lower when the battery died and he charged me 80 when I didn’t want them to check it, the time before that he charged me 170 to check the gas tank and said 1/2 inch warped and not covered on warranty unless it’s a full inch... that’s horrible service it’s going bad anyways might as well fix it... very mad at the service I got I dropped it in on a Saturday and was told I’ll have it back Wednesday or Thursday... I waited a week and a half just to get my car back for a battery replacement. A BATTERY!! I will never buy a Ford product ever again, ive never been satisfied with the service and I’ve had multiple issues with a 2014 Ford Focus.

My truck sat there for over a week before anybody even looked at it. I had to drive my crappy commuter car on my vacation because of your inability to schedule service and relay accurate service times. Oh and my radio still isn't fixed.
