Glen Kotler did an excellent job. His Customer Service skills are impeccable. The problem was in the execution by the repair technicians. I was promised a car wash, which I did not receive. I also specifically asked that they vacuum the interior of my car, which I saw Glen Kotller write on the repair order. This was also not performed. Because my truck was also not completed until 5:30pm instead at 3pm when promised, and now both the interior and exterior of my truck were dirty, I had to meet my dinner guests in a dirty vehicle because I now didn’t have time to take my truck to a car wash. This was very disappointing.

Provide 100% transparency up front about the length of time a specialty department will take to inspect your vehicle. Each time I was given an update on how long it would be, the same answer of 1 to 2 days was the answer. After having the vehicle for 5 days and being told 4 times it would be 1 to 2 days, the repair time was another 1 to 2 days. Vehicle was in service for 9 total days with no offer of a courtesy vehicle, no confirmation that I had another vehicle to drive or no offer to help me secure a rental car. Upon delivery of the truck on day 9, the paperwork suggested all items of the 20,000 mile service were completed including the inspection of the windshield wiper blades. It is very clear they didn’t even test them as the same broken blade is still present on the drivers side of the truck. I gave the Villa Ford service department another opportunity for my business unfortunately the quality of service didn’t meet my expectation.
