I bought my Ford ranger pick up truck in to be serviced about two years ago because of a battery drain problem. They disconnected my windshield wipers my cruise control my air conditioner and my windshield washers so when I picked up the truck none of the above worked. I took the truck back and they charge me another $600 to hook up what I had disconnected before and when I checked the air conditioner the fan was on but the compressor was never hooked up so then today they charged me another $350 to hook up what they had disconnected originally and charged me about $1000 to fix what they had disconnect. My air conditioner worked until you tried to fix the battery drain.

I brought in a 2009 F150 with 5 little problems ranging from the A/C blower motor burned out to the compass only pointed North. Edgar prioritizes the problems, gave me a realistic time frame for completion, and took care of the rest. Hats off the the service team- I stopped going to dealership service departments after getting more problems after the service was done (ie Missing gas cap cover on delivery when the original cover had been there upon drop-off, or "pinching" brake lines putting the truck on a lift causing another $550 fix.)
