I made an appointment which I assumed would be honored. I eventually found out appointments mean relatively little. Car was taken in around 9:45 am for a brake recall and when I called after 4 pm I was told it was still “in line” and could I just pick it up the next day. When I pressed the issue, I was told that they would try to “accommodate” me. Confused, I wasn’t asking to be accommodated, I assumed having an appointment would be honored.

Sheldon was great and very helpful in helping me to resolve the issue with my car. In the end there was nothing wrong with it, other than a lack of explanation in the manual as to how to address the problem. There was no charge for the diagnosis, which I really appreciate. My reason for not being completely satisfied is that it took over 3 days before they got a chance to even diagnose and identify the problem. Maybe just understaff? I don’t know.
