Waited longer for my car than I think I should of. When I went to get the vehicle at 2:40 knowing that it would be done at 3:00 I was told that the mechanic was told to stop working on anything other cars and focus on mine since I was there. Probably not something a customer wants to hear since my car was there at 7:40 am the day before. I will say that I’ve never had issues before.

Villa ford did not take responsibility for a mistake in their service of a ford recall on the driveshaft. It had to be done twice and was misdiagnosed as well when an issue occurred the first time and a diagnostic was done on said issue which still produced the same results and had to be done again with a full month of time wasted until the ford corporation stepped in and dealt with it themselves and had to bring in another ford dealership to finish the work. There was also the matter of a shifter display that was damaged and never replaced and also come to find out 6 months later that the part had been ordered but sent back because no one was notified the part had been sent. Aka communication issues and follow through problems. Other than that everyone I’ve worked with on a personal level was nice knowledgeable and respectful.
