To whom it may concern:
I took my can in today at 7am to do an oil change. Glenn called at 9:14am, he called and said that the oil change was done but if i wanted to add the wipers. I agreed and expected to pick up my van in an hour. I didn't receive a call so i called multiple times to check up on the status but Glenn didn't pick up. Somebody else answered and told me my car was done. I got to Ford at 11am and was charged and Glenn came out and said that the wipers were not in stock. I then found out that he had not replaced my wipers and made me wait 2 hours. I had to work today and was waiting for my van to be done. I am not happy that he made me wait and didn't even get the job done.
