Sheldon and the service team were so helpful in figuring out the issue with my car. They worked with my schedule and got my car repaired and back in working order.

I had my car fixed however it was very difficult working with Carlos Ibarra.
His follow up was poor as well as when he committed to a date, not only did he miss the date he also never called saying the date has been extended. For example: He said the replacement parts would be in 3-5 days. I waited 2 1/2 weeks and called him, or left a message. He called me the next day saying it would be 3 days or so more. It was rare he would call back after leaving a message within 24 hours. He never provided a date that was true nor did he call to say he needs more time. Either would have worked just fine. Our first couple of exchanges I called him out on the delay in returning calls, he apologized and said his dad has stage 4 cancer and that's the reason for the delay. He also said that he has to manage 50-100 cars in for service and he cant call right back. Josh, I felt bad hearing that. At the end, a reduced price was offered on parts/labor and I picked up the car and everything is fine. I will come back to Villa Ford but I won't use Carlos, prefer to find someone else with some integrity.
