I have been a customer for more then ten years and I always have great services with the original owner and the current one till last visit which I was not happy with Joel since he did follow up and meet me in the dark and even I suppose to have a loner car due to I do a extended Warrentee but I have to call a day later to find out that he is out for a day off then I spoke to another service Tec( edger) which again to find out that is was also bad as the Joel since. He indicated to me the a need front break change and I did approve but another day to find out the Edger did not even proceed to change the breaks till Carlos Ibarra ( I did delt with him before which he was excellent ) contacted me to let me know that the front break needs to be changed and asking me for approval which and as indicated that the day before give Edger the okay but he did not follow thru . With all the above you will understand my experience
