My experience at Villa Ford yesterday was excellent. This was due to Glen’s professional and kindness. He explained what was needed and didn’t try to ‘pressure’ me to commit. He also took the time to **** to the waiting area and what was available as far as drinks. When the service was complete, he explained the bill and escorted me to the cashier. Finally when it came time to retrieve my vehicle, he located an attendant, when nobody was at the valet podium. After working all evening, it was nice not having to worry about my vehicle being serviced. Many thanks to Glen,,, for everything.
