my family and i have been a loyal customers to you for a very long time and i’m sad to say this was the last time i will be coming to villa ford. The amount of headache and stress your service department has caused me has been tremendous. In specify Glen. I’ve had 3 different warranty issues and for two of them Glen has caused me to have time to take off work and come down there multiple times. Occasion one was when i brought in my car to have my water pump replaced and brakes checked. Glen told me none of the technicians could hear the squeaking so i drove all the way to the dealership to drive the head technician around and within 3-5 minutes of me driving the brakes squeaked non stop. Next occasion was when the imrc runners in my intake manifold went bad. I told glen over and over i changed the spark plugs and swapped coil packs and all the other things he told me to do and he still refused to admit anything was wrong. And once he realized i was right he told me it would take 2 months to get the part. It didn’t take but 5 min for me to get on the phone with another ford dealer and find an intake manifold. And the last and final time was when the water pump that was “replaced” went bad again and glen and the technician refused to admit that’s what it was when i had previously had it diagnosed at another just for this reason. So all in all i’ve had a very difficult and stressful time while servicing my car with you guys. Thank you for all the help.

I was told before I left my car that there were tires in stock. Later I was called and told actually there were only 4 in stock and one was damaged so I would now need to come back in the next day to get the 4th tire put on. Alright fine but a major inconvenience and waste of time. I have to take my one year old daughter with me both times. If I had known this before I left my car for 2+ hrs I would have checked other tire places. Domingo was great! But I was bummed about the damaged tire and having to come back.

Joel was simply fantastic and providing me with great service and I’m very pleased to see Ford rising to a level of such quality service. This is my second or third trip over there at Villa and have had good service in person and on the phone is quite consistent. Something good is happening over there. Congrats to all
