i purchased my vehicle new at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos . I was unhappy with the experience and I have never returned. I like the staff at Villa Ford. Everyone is friendly and available to answer any questions that I have. I like that a maintenance sheet is printed out when I come in for oil changes giving recommended services. However, there is never pressure to get that work done that day. The choice is left to the customer. I also love the car washes and plastic/ paper put down inside of vehicle to protect interior .
