Joel, the service advisor was very professional. The issue is this. I took the car in to have 2 front tires replaced. The time estimate at check in was approximately 1 1/2 hours. After I had waited over 2 hours, I asked a different service advisor (Joel had gone to lunch) if he knew how much longer it would be. He told me that the car was being worked on. After 2 1/2 hours, Joel informed me that it would be another hour. I waited over 4 hours to have 2 tires replaced. That is why I replied no to your survey.

Carlos was very patient with me in figuring out my issue which turned out being slightly different than what I was told or understood on a previous visit. Though not necei, he introduced me to Colby who was the Technician working on my car to explain the issue in detail, beyond what I thought it was. Colby was a champ and worked on my car for most of his shift. It was a nice touch meeting the mechanic as they are often an invisible figure in the process. Colby didn't make me feel stupid and spoke to me like an adult, giving me the benefit of a doubt with my knowledge base. I appreciated his honest perspective on how to proceed. The up-sale in the long run helped future proof my car as it goes into it's 100k around the corner. Having chased multiple attempts at getting my car repaired for the past 2 months, I'm relieved it's all in the rear view mirror. Hopefully I can request Colby 396 for any future care that my car needs.
