Carlos Ibarra Would not update me on my vehicle, after Various voicemails i left & trying to reach him while other people at the dealership told me he was available, failed to return any of my voicemails. I also asked him to include pictures that he asked for so the truck could be revised & he failed to include them until I talked to Baron & brought them up(which he had no clue what pictures i was mentioning). I was without my truck for a little over a month & i had no update for a little over 2 weeks. I understand they have other responsibilities at the Dealership but a 2 minute phone call saying my truck needed to be revised more or more paperwork needed to get done wouldnt have held back his other responsibilities on the job. trying to get a hold of him by his number listed in his business card, leaving voicemails, calling the dealership to get a hold of him but no update on my vehicle. Thankfully Carlos & Baron were able to push my vehicle through, but while i was waiting without a truck no updates from carlos not even after leaving voicemails. Carlos was not disrespectful in anyway just failed to include the pictures he asked for & would not update me on my truck like he said he would. Thank you for your time.
