I have been in a few different times for the same check engine light/ wrench code. On a previous service I left my car there for 5 days, was charged the $175 fee for diagnosing the problem but was sent home because the check engine light cleared before they could get it in the electrical department. (There were many cars ahead of me for that department. Nothing was repaired on my car but I still had to pay the $175.) The check engine light came on again and when I took it in this time Sheldon was my Service Advisor. Sheldon was thorough in sending my car to different departments until the code was diagnosed. I took in my car for overheating and they fixed everything supposedly in the semi feel injectors were out I had it fixed and it started overheating again took it back and they said it was something else I also bought batteries back in 2019 and was never warranted because I didn’t have the paperwork supposedly so sorry to tell you that I will never take my card to Villa Ford again thank you and all your people and good people the service people especially thatYoung man Domingo and Edgard
