Pésimo servicio. Me querían obligar a pagar algo que no me correspondía ya que tengo garantía extendida full. Ni siquiera me repararon todas las fallas que está teniendo mi vehículo. Domingo fue grosero y sólo me quería obligar a pagar más de lo que se tenía que pagar. La verdad nunca volveré a confiar en ese dealer. Llevé mi carro a dónde lo compré y me hicieron en un día lo que éste diler no hizo en más de una semana. Y todo cubrió la garantía extendida que tengo. Villa Ford sólo estafa a los clientes. Una gran basura!!!

Total lack of communication. I understand the situation and thank Ford and the dealer for covering my rental while the backordered party arrived to fix my vehicle. However, I never got an update on how situation was going. I had to make almost every attempt in order to get an update. The rep was very professional and always answered my questions.

Purchased several work trucks through Villa Ford , when I first called the person in service immediately told me that Villa Ford don't work on large trucks??? Your selling the trucks but don't work on them?
It's a steering stabilizer or shock that takes 10 minutes to replace?
Wow what an Eye opener. 2 days to replace a shock cost me over 3k sitting at your facility? Might have to look at Ram or a different Ford dealer that welcomes the trucks they sale!

Sheldon made sure to have everything done that was needed. My roof rack recall wasn’t done last time I was there so he made sure to get that done along with my oil change in a very timely manner. And when it was time for me to leave it was around lunchtime and most of everybody was taking their break Sheldon took my car and washed it personally and dried it. He was very helpful and I appreciate him taking good care of me.
