It was a less painful experience. I never like dropping off my vehicle for repair. But with mechanical items involve. It is inevitable. With the vehicle in the shop for more then a week. Mr Barron assisted me with getting a rental vehicle, which is a BIG help. He also keep me inform on the status of the vehicle. Poor communication. Told they could fix my recall. Even Ford said April for parts. Had my car for 3 days nothing happened. With Glen gone today somebody finally told me the truth. Not sure about this dealership anymore.
