Domingo is awesome but someone broke off the lever to open the hood and dented the side of my car while at the Villa Ford service dept. I’m shocked. So many years as a customer of Villa Ford & to see such poor taste to deliver my car to me crashed & broken. Once again, Mingo is awesome & I trust he’ll ensure responsibility for this terrible treatment of my vehicle will be corrected expeditiously, the broken parts repaired, the damaged body of the car restored to perfect condition.

Your employee Joel angulo is really rude you ask a simple question he answers rudely . Had me pick up my car and made me wait for half an hour none of the employees helped or asked while i was waiting outside to get attended , Rented a car for a week and they didnt find the issue and my car still needs to get jump started every morning and afternoon and my stereo screen dont even turn on but you guys never found an issue.

Really frustrated by being charged an *extra* almost $700 without authorization after confirming multiple times that I would not have to pay for any part of my rental before being notified of having to pay beginning January 21st, bringing my grand total to nearly $1200 when I was originally told my rental car would be covered. Extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency in getting my money back so that I can pay for my bills and necessary items. It was never my fault that my vehicle sat in your shop for over a month, delays happen but I should not be held responsible.
